Can't say I'm a fan but my Mother is lactose intolerant and she loves it !

Personally I like something full and flavoursome even though I can hear my arteries complaining

@Picklebobble2 There are many types of cheese which are safe for lactose intolerance. Cheddar is an example, and Swiss cheese too. Here's a good list:

@PhilDeep Actually cheese was [u]invented[/u] to make milk safe. Our ancestors were all lactose-intolerant, 10,000 years ago. So they came up with cheese.
