wow i had no clue about this, cheese is actually quite low-calorie. The particular one I'm eating is only 450kcal per 100g

and would you believe me when I say that 100g of fancy cheese is quite a bit to eat? 馃惢

What the hell kind of cheese are you eating?? Cheese is high in calories, unless it's a low fat version.

@SW-User Castello white creamy

@SW-User that's more than cheddar. Seems you've got the wrong idea too hah

Yeah, I think it's the "processed Cheese Food" like Kraft Singles, that are fattening. Real Cheese is actually healthy.

@calicuz Actually american cheese only has 371.2 calories per 100 g! Which makes sense because a substantial portion of the ingredients are made up of water and chemicals to keep it congealed.

But Kraft singles aren't real cheese, just a lot of vegetable oil and other ingredients.

@calicuz let's just say the data is insufficient on kraft [image deleted] 馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ

@calicuz Btw the more chemically something is, the less calories it has, generally. Good food has plenty of calories, because in reality that's what humans actually need to survive.

You're actually right, I looked up the ingredients and they contain real cheese. It must be different brand that is processed cheese food and not healthy at all.

@calicuz Real cheese is rich in calcium and protein but high in saturated fat and calories.

@SW-User Personally I don't know of a single type of cheese that aint real (besides vegan cheese lol).
