What's more disappointing than chocolate brownie ice cream with hardly any brownie chunks?

So here’s the thing. I’d rather have vanilla ice cream on top of a brownie. Heat the brownie up first. And I’d add whip cream. Then I ca vary the proportions. It’d be up to me. Not sole manufacturing process. I think that’s freedom.
