I know! That almost happened to me the day I went to visit my mom and showed her my new piercing, which was the same day she took the photo of me wearing my yellow bikini! She was unfamiliar with how belly button piercings function!

It was too close for comfort! I took a few minutes who show her how navel piercings are attached to a belly button, then let her try her hand at removing it and re-installing it about 6 times before she finally bought into the idea! 😂

@swirlie Well that would have been painful if she just grabbed, twisted and pulled. Her sewing may have been for stitches.
