Someone sent me a gift at the same time I blocked them

I still haven't opened it yet but if I do will it still tell them I opened it? 😂 I'm tired of seeing this notification already

@NerdySoph nah I didn't block them for sending a gift 😂 it was just because they insulted me. I don't respond to blatant insults I just block & move on.
But they sent a gift a few seconds before I blocked them so I never opened it
