The most recent sentence I have heard today is simply "Thank You."
Over easy.
Over easy.

@DrWatson
Gratitude is nice.
What is an over easy egg? I have heard of it, but never knew what it was.

@JoyfulSilence You fry it for awhile with the yolk facing upwards, and then you flip it over and continue frying it yolk-down for a little bit.

@DrWatson
That makes sense! Pretty easy, too. Or is it called "easy" because you go easy on the cook time after the flip?
I only order scrambled or omelets, because I am not a fan of yolks.

@JoyfulSilence Depending on how long you fry the egg after flipping it, the eggs are called "over easy", "over medium", or "over hard". They have different degrees of firmness in the yolks.
