Why would anyone in the working-class pay for restaurant/fastfood breakfast? (Other than on special occasions)

I just don't understand it, it seems like murican's love to go to places like starbucks or mcdonalds and get a breakfast sandwhich. Here in sweden we just make our own breakfast.

@StygianKohlrabi ikea is a generic western store, when I walk in there nothing tells me "hey this was founded in sweden"

@MartinTheFirst I was in northern Sweden, in Happaranda. It reminded me more of the Midwest USA than Europe. 😆 Fat people driving around trucks and going to Walmart type stores
