@FleuretLaNox I usually get my eggs over easy, then eat the whites and put the yolk on my toast and mash it so it runs all over it :)

@NewKidInTown You are making me crave eggs now! I prefer mine scrambled. My dad once told me to mix my scrambled eggs with ketchup, put it on toast and top it off with bacon and another slice of toast to make a sandwich. Some may say that sounds gross but it tastes very good!

@FleuretLaNox I'm making myself hungry...craving a side of home fries.
I like scrambled eggs with some grated cheese on top, and a side of ketchup for dipping into.

@FleuretLaNox what's your usual "go to" with eggs? Bacon, ham or sausage? Or peameal bacon?

@NewKidInTown I usually go with eggs and bacon! It’s a simple and nice combination. I almost always need a piece of toast on the side as well.

I often judge a diner by the quality of their sausages.

That is also a nice side with eggs! I don’t make them at home because I get too impatient. I rather deal with bacon any day, haha. I have been fortunate that most diners I have been too make delicious sausages. I don’t think I could top them at it @NewKidInTown

@FleuretLaNox when I make bacon at home, I bake it in the oven, less mess. It's also great to cut it up amd place it over brussel sprouts, with a bit of olive oil drizzled over. Mmm...
