@FleuretLaNox I usually go with sausage, since I don't often make it at home.
I often judge a diner by the quality of their sausages.

That is also a nice side with eggs! I don鈥檛 make them at home because I get too impatient. I rather deal with bacon any day, haha. I have been fortunate that most diners I have been too make delicious sausages. I don鈥檛 think I could top them at it @NewKidInTown

@FleuretLaNox when I make bacon at home, I bake it in the oven, less mess. It's also great to cut it up amd place it over brussel sprouts, with a bit of olive oil drizzled over. Mmm...
