I Love Good Beer

I enjoy a good cold brew. I like it better on tap in a frosted mug but frosted mugs are disappearing. I like craft beers and have had some from micro-breweries. We have one in town but I have tried some traveling. Went for a tour at a brewery in Alaska. Alaskan Brewery Company in Juneau. They have a nice summer ale but their amber is their best selling and a little heavier.

If anybody gets a chance at 'Whitechapel Porter' take it! It's not a favourite of mine but every so often I just fancy it. It has the taste of old leather suitcases which, maybe, they realised when they named it. (A chemist told me the flavour comes from an excess of tannin).
