@bijouxbroussard I don't either. My vices are carbs and sugar....*sighs* but I don't eat them much anymore. Sugar not at all and hardly any carbs. Has made a huge difference in my blood glucose numbers
@Justmeraeagain Congratulations on that ! I’ve cut back, too. I’ve learned an entire new way of cooking by necessity and the food I prepare has been much healthier for others, too.
@bijouxbroussard It is not easy and I make mistakes and have to start again. I am learning to be okay with the mistakes. I am kind of an all or nothing type if I am not paying attention.
