After staying sober for almost 23 days. Now I am craving some alcohol like a beer. I had this craving last week but didn't drink. But today I feel i should drink but not sure.

You don't really need that beer. Drink water or some other non alcoholic drink otherwise you might get hooked again and have a hard time quitting. Alcohol can really do damage to the body, the emotions, and your relationships. Don't drink.
