@Quimliqer I've tried Guinness and really can't taste what all the fuss is about perhaps if I went to the brewery for one...

@GeniUs There’s a world of difference between the bottled/canned versions and a properly poured pint!!

@Quimliqer I have stopped buying canned drinks as I believe it alters the flavour of drinks. I shall try this again from a tap and hope it's a fresh barrel, failing that it's got to be a bucket list exped' to Dublin then at least I can say I've exhausted the options irrespective of the outcome.

@Quimliqer Guinness and blackcurrant is yum

@GeniUs Love to share a pint in St. James Gate with you!!
Love to visit Dublin, especially for the Guinness! I’ve always been attracted to the earthy flavour from their malting process.

@Katybe Blackcurrant, I’ll have see if I can find that in the local liquor stores!

@Quimliqer it's a pint or half with a drop of blackcurrant squash in. I'm not sure what squash is called in America. My boyfriend loves it with a shot of port mixed in. He has it at xmass and calls it his xmass drink.

@Katybe We have blackcurrants here in Canada, but they’re berries that grow on shrubs. Love your suggestion of adding a shot of port!!
