So that's what you think caused you food poisoning? Chewy vs crisp can be questionable about how well it's cooked. I've always preferred crispy. I especially like Hormel Black Label precooked. It's thin has long storage life needs no refrigeration until opened and can be made crisp in the microwave in 90 seconds. Paper plate and towels under and over are the only clean up. Large packs available on Amazon equivalent to 72 slices at reasonable price.
