How much fat and calories are in cooked bacon?

This question is apparently very hard to answer. The published caloric and fat content of bacon is based on uncooked bacon. An average piece of crisp bacon was 28g raw and shrinks to 11g cooked. It's almost 2/3 smaller. I'm assuming this brings the fat and calories down significantly but it's hard to find reliable realistic data on this.

So is crisped bacon actually kind of lean?

I believe the calorie count on the nutritional label on bacon is based on fried bacon so you should already have your answer.
@Subsumedpat it's not. At least what I've seen.

@JonLosAngeles66 I just have one package of bacon , it is thick sliced and the nutrition label lists the calorie count of one serving, when I look above that where it lists the serving size it says, 1 strip fried.
