It's been ages since I have gone drinking in a bar

If a municipality mandates that bars close at 2 am, then do drinkers get to relive the hour from 1 to 2 when we set the clocks back in the fall?

Probably not, but they should! After all, the bars have to close an hour earlier when we set the clocks ahead.😆
