Not Sure What She Wanted

I was at a show last night with my brother as a belated birthday gift from him and after the show, we hung around more in the VIP section at a bar there in a speakeasy. We were minding our own business when a foreign girl came up to me and started talking to me out of nowhere. I previously saw her sitting with some guy she was with and she spent a few minutes talking to me.

Idk what she wanted from me, at first I thought maybe she wanted me to buy her a drink, but she never asked anything like that. And after a while, she went back to the guy she was with. I was told that I handled talking to her well, and I said "Know why? Because I just didn't give a shit." I doubt she was hitting on me or anything, though. She was very friendly and was close to me, but she was with another dude, so I doubt she wanted me.

But yeah, I'd be lying if I said I didn't find her attractive. She was very attractive and had a sexy European accent. I'm a nerdy dude, okay? It's not like I'm exactly, you know, used to having hot foreign women coming up to me to talk to me. Still confused now on whatever it is she could have even wanted with me. My mom told me to watch out and said she could've been a scammer who goes around scanning people's phones to collect all their data because that's a common crime now to do. Wondering what other people's thoughts on this are 🤔.

You have a smart mom. She might have tried to steal from you.

@Queendragonfly I mean granted, yes I knew already about scammers scanning people's cards with a little device to steal information, but I didn't know they are doing the same with cell phone data or entire wallets. Makes sense, though. My mom pays attention a lot to bad things going on, including scammers.
