So I've cut drinking down from every day, to twice a week
It's only been three weeks and I am noticing a huge difference in my mood and productivity levels.
My plants are healthier and happier.
I spend more time playing with the dogs.
I need less sleep.
I eat less.
My apartment is cleaner.
I am better at keeping to routine.
And many other things, plus the obvious money factor.
