I haven't had alcohol in almost 2 months now.

I just want to report that I don't feel any healthier. I lost some weight, but that's because I'm busy. Mentally I'm about the same. I still forget things and I need to recharge after being around people. Today I almost had a panic attack in the shower. Maybe I sleep better though? 🤷‍♂️
