If Long Island deserves their own Iced Tea, then they also deserve their own Root or Birch Beer!

Behold, my latest and greatest invention: I'm calling it the Long Island Root/Birch Beer! Recipe:

1. Fill a standard pint glass halfway with your favorite root beer or birch beer.
2. Add 1 shot of tequila.
3. Add 1 shot of whipped cream-flavored vodka
4. Add 1 shot of coconut rum
5. Add 1 shot of Amaretto
6. Fill the remainder of the pint glass with more of your favorite root or birch beer
