Well done I actually gave up smoking for about 3 weeks but Nuno on here scared me with a answer he gave to one of my questions and that made me smoke again
I hope you can stick with it your health will thank you and look at the money you will save ✌️

I’m trying to quit cigarettes and weed. I had to buy a pack today for the craving, but intend to use the pack to wean myself off cigarettes. The weed won’t be as hard to cut off. I only have a little left.
