I'm finally making progress!

I quit smoking and drinking cold turkey 2 weeks ago,
I find that I have more time now, drinking can suck the life out of someone. I hope to never fall back into the cycle again. My plan is to never ever drink again because just doing it once will spiral out of control.

Well done I actually gave up smoking for about 3 weeks but Nuno on here scared me with a answer he gave to one of my questions and that made me smoke again
I hope you can stick with it your health will thank you and look at the money you will save 鉁岋笍

I鈥檓 trying to quit cigarettes and weed. I had to buy a pack today for the craving, but intend to use the pack to wean myself off cigarettes. The weed won鈥檛 be as hard to cut off. I only have a little left.

@RadiantRose Hang in there and stay strong. I went cold turkey myself almost a decade ago, still sober. Te main thing I kept telling myself was "Don;t walk into that liquor store." It probably helped that I also din't go anywhere that served alcohol very often.
