Especially beer and cider. They're very tasty, and if they developed a non-alcoholic version of either of them that was worth their weight in salt, I would drink that stuff like Ribena.

Well u can't replicate the taste of fermentation of alcohol... they just add bitters to make it taste similar... u can't taste alcohol without alcohol...

There is no viarity because there is no demand for it
