Jim Bean, Jack Daniels, or "Other?" whiskey?

Love all the rest but lets keep it to this catagory...whiskey/bourbon. What do you like?

It is sweet, but not so sweet that a person has to limit their drinks. I was mixing it with Coke, but I mix all of my whiskey.

A friend gifted me some maple whiskey a few years ago... I tried some and promptly scheduled a waffle breakfast for said friend... it turns out that with real butter, some pecans and a little *pure* maple syrup, it makes an excellent syrup for waffles.

I found it harder to drink than Yukon Jack or Southern Comfort.

I have to admit to having a secret taste for fireball cinnamon whiskey... but just a single shot at a time.
