favorite kinds of quesadilla?

I have almost no experience. Possibly the closest I've had is a folded tortilla with melted cheese.

The "5 pounder BIG Tonio" from the secret menu at Taco Bell. They were shocked that I could read that microscopic text on their menu.

Cheese, especially with spicy sauce in it.
