Is 710 calories enough in an entire day?

Not really. I'm 5'3", 121 lbs and older than you (ie burn less) and I need 1400 a day baseline to maintain my weight. If I want to lose weight I drop it to 1200. 3,000 calorie deficit is roughly 1lb weight lost.
