What food will you absolutely not, under any circumstances, eat?

@crossproduct: I don't often hear of fish allergy what are the symptoms?

@Loulou: like any other allergy, anything that touches the fish swells up and itches, and that includes my mouth and throat, and I start feeling these strange prickles all over my body and it gets hard to breathe. My eyes swell up for some reason too. It's happened on the plane which was pretty scary.

I often get a reaction from food that's been cooked on the same grill or in the same deep fryer as any kind of fish.

I have some other food allergies too, like tree nuts are really bad and they're more easily hidden in food than fish, which is usually pretty obvious.

I have to be really careful about what I eat, and I never ever eat anything when I don't know what the ingredients are.

@Tastyfrzz: So I have heard. Parents wanted me to eat it as a kid, because I was anemic. Hated the taste.

You have to soak it or parboil it in milk before frying it. I soak bass in milk too otherwise it tastes like mud to me.
