How many days BREAD 🍞 can be stored in freezer??

The longer it's stored the more resistant starch it'll develop, will eventually affect texture but in the long run it's healthier if it has more resistant starch, which is a prebiotic.

I like freshly baked bread
My mother used to freeze bread, it blew my mind
I cannot remember for how long

I would imagine that after awhile it will get frostbite. Unless it's a subzero freezer.
