Does anyone know how to prepare japanese dish "Omurice"?

It's rice with vegetables and meat covered with an omlett.. I would like to try it.. Maybe someone already did it

@Sonjicak: That looks great! I know my mom would say that the egg is WAY too over cooked (any amount of brown for her means that it's been burnt). How did it taste? What recipe did you use? I cant see any of the other comments on here because of SW's age block.

@Reboot153: I know that eggs are over cookef, but I like it that way, altough your mum is right 🙂 It was delicious, rice and vegetables with eggs, yummy. My daughter choose one of recepie from youtube 🙂
