Does anyone know how to prepare japanese dish "Omurice"?

It's rice with vegetables and meat covered with an omlett.. I would like to try it.. Maybe someone already did it

@Sonjicak: The House chef does all the meals here and I'm not so inclined towards Japanese dishes that involve rice
