Couple days ago, nothing special: bit of shredded chicken, radishes, shredded carrots, cucumbers and grape tomatoes. Salads are a good prelude to just about any meal. (Except breakfast)

@WellWellNow: 😆 Poor radishes, salad seems to be their only home. It's the ONLY thing I ever use radishes for, unless as a garnish maybe.
