Chinese buffet generally. Occasionally American food buffet. Went to an Indian buffet once. Didn't care for it. Too much heavy cream sauces. All that curry.

Although I can enjoy one like anyone else, I'm fairly anti-buffet. No food is improved by a buffet. I'd rather have one thing made well than twelve things left to dry out on a steam table.

Indian buffets are my favorite but haven't been for a long time. It's been Golden Corral, barbecue is good.
