Does anyone else like watching what they baked cook in the oven ?

I sometimes film what I'm cooking and then speed up the film to watch how it changes as it cooks. It's a lot of fun with souffles, Yorkshire puddings, and biscuits and cakes.

I do because I didn't have an oven with a window on the door till I was in my 40's...
