Brie, cheddar, sharp cheddar, harvarti, Gorgonzola when mixed w butter on celery, jack, American, mozzarella, Brie 🤘🏼

I have several that I call favourites. It really depends on how and with what it is being eaten.

I feel like I haven't had enough of a variety to give a good answer. I like sharp cheeses.

Los Altos--Queso Fresco.

Cabot Creamery Vermont Sharp Cheddar
The best version I've had was in Vermont at a small general store where they cut you a hand of cheddar off of a big wheel of cheese that they kept under glass.

That fake kraft murican cheese is my favorite.
