What food do you like to have on/with pancakes, if you have them?

I had double this evening. Bacon and mushroom pancakes with maple syrup for dinner, then blueberry, sugar and lime pancakes for dessert 😍

@amethyst1: I'm from England and I'd usually just have lemon, sugar and maybe golden syrup, but my Canadian wife has influenced me.

@ChasingBrainBros: I thought you were. Me too. I know a lot of people have lemon and sugar but trends generally are probably changing/adapting to be more American. Though I know Canadian is not American.
