what food makes you sick but you still eat it anyway?

Eggnog. Not exactly a food, it's a drink, but I always drink a ton of it during Christmas and puke it all back up. I don't think it makes me sick for physical reasons, I think I gross out because I had a bad experience with it in the past lmfao
