Let's see. I think gizzards are fish (don't eat those, yuk). Livers are chicken or beef (nice with bacon). And giblets are turkey (good in gravy or stuffing). Yeah, Chicken livers wrapped in bacon are my fav. 8)

They're only good for making gravy.

Liver makes me want to throw up. I do like a nice steak and kidney pie though.
