Sliced or shaved

This is for everyone. How do you prefer your deli meats?

I like thin sliced. Oven roasted. Slathered with mayo. Toasted bread. Maybe a tomato if I’m feeling fancy.

Thin is the way to go. Artisan wheat bread. Mayo is a must. A slice of extra sharp cheddar. Romaine lettuce for the contrast of crunch. And a single big boy tomato that covers the size of the bread.
