Fish and veggie pasta bake

I boiled some pasta and set it aside.

Next I made a white sauce using half milk half vegetable stock. I stirred in some mature cheddar cheese and frozen spinach.

I also pan fried some smoked haddock and white fish fillets and steamed some veg. In this we have broccoli, carrots, leeks and sweet corn.

I flaked the fish and then everything was combined before topping with cheese and baking in the oven.

Starving vultures soon descended 🤣
