I was traveling along the border of Texas and came across anteresting looking "Japanese Style Peanuts" bag brand Manzelazo. Of course I thought to myself that "the Japanese do everything healthier" so I figured, why not. Once I got home I thought, these crunchy nuts taste too good". I better look up the details. Well they're rolled in wheat flour and soy and flavoring and roasted/baked multiple times with multiple coats to get a unique crunchy coating. It was invented in Mexico by a Japanese man. The nuts are not an actual Japanese snack. Well the nuts taste great but the wheat flour does not make it healthier. Note the bag in the photo is now empty. Yum.
