Can u name a food that has a lot of sugar ? 🍪🍫🍭🍩

Of course we love this.
It's soooo good.
A candy bar has a lot of sugar.
Around 20 grams.
But we love chocolate 🍫
Don't we.
Can you name a food that has a lot
of sugar in it. ☺

it's everywhere!

I googled "is there sugar in salt" and here's the response
"Yes, some common table salts contain a tiny amount of sugar in the form of dextrose, though pure salt itself does not.
Why Sugar is in Some SaltIodized table salt often lists dextrose (a simple sugar) as an ingredient.

The amount is tiny, usually about 0.04% of the total mix.Its purpose is to stabilize the potassium iodide and keep it from evaporating or oxidizing in the package.Non-iodized salt, kosher salt, and pure sea salt do not contain added sugar."

Golden syrup.

@FreddieUK It really is pushing the envelope to call golden syrup a food. But the same could be said for McDonalds..😷

Boiled sweets (almost entirely sugar).

Many beverages, especially colas (caramel solutions).

The big-name breakfast cereals - large proportions of sugar.

Most cakes (high sugar proportion.)

Honey: almost all sugar (glucose and fructose) by nature.

Mountain Dew (not to mention other sweetened drinks)

@Poppies I love Mountain Dew.

If you are concerned about your glucose level, most of it comes from ordinary foods.
The carbs in bread convert to sugar during digestion.
Fruit contains generous supplies of natural sugar.

All this before you eat your "Knickers" bar
