throughout the day I make sure I take a swig of oat or almond milk

I notice pretty consistently that if I don't my calcium gets flagged as below 50% FDA recommended on my daily health report.

I can't imagine how other people live without this report and I regret that I didn't have it earlier in my life despite being warned by my fitness model ex gf. No wonder so many people I have known are dead from cancer, weird diseases, or cardiovascular issues.

Lost 15 lbs with this template.
