eggplant , garlic, fresh turmeric and turmeric powder, bean sprouts, a lil tamarind, coconut cream, seriously good

@DeWayfarer oh I see... where do you find those? I have never been introduced, though I was having the best curries in Cambodia, and I believe those must have had that, as there was a bunch of greenery in there!

@Boeing Bought this online from Spain. Traditionally it's grown in India....

BTW it makes an excellent tea! 😋
