I’m still drinking two litres plus of water each day

Coffee, which I almost always drink black, just tastes extremely bitter. Tea, in the English style or the Russian, doesn’t inspire me too many times. Fruity smoothies in the morning, I wash down with a good glug of water 💦 and then I drink more water after about a half hour.

I sit and pee a lot! And drink more water after each time I go! I’m not sure how much the doctor expects me to eat, but little and often. Last night we had some salad and some chicken, but I just ate a little chicken with two tomatoes 🍅.

Edoardo is keeping a diary over the weekend to show the doctor what my habits are, to glean some sense of whether there is anything that we should worry about. I have lost weight!

It seems that coffee dulls my appetite for a while. That could be one reason you are losing weight. Caffeine is also a diuretic so it makes you pee a lot more often. If you aren’t getting enough salt in your diet it will be harder for your body to hold enough water in your muscles.
