The optimal fork to knife handling is neither Continental, nor American Zig-Zag.

The optimal fork to knife interface is fork tines down in the RIGHT hand while knife in. The left hand. Unless it is soft foods while the the fork, still in right hand, is tines up but the knife is used. By the left hand mind you,to push saud food onto fork to avoid scooping. As scooping is troglodyte, spoon fed fe shit.



The Euros are absolutely correct about fork times down, however the fork objectives belongs on the dominate hand by all reasonably logic.
