Hassle back potato and zucchini with wok fried chicken breast. Spices in flour/corn starch blend are white, black, and red pepper, salt, sugar, nutmeg, mace, oregano, and knorr bullion powder. Dredge pieces then dip in a mix of beaten egg whites and buttermilk and recoat with seasoned flour two times. Cook in 300- 340° oil until internal temp is around 140 -160° F (It will keep cooking).
