What do you always like to have for breakfast? Same old same old?
I have two things if I have time, three if you include coffee. Cereal and toast and marmalade. This is something I can't bring myself to change. It's those blasted crunchy nut cornflakes.

Either shreddies with raisins, bite size shredded wheat with raisins, shredded wheat with jam, porridge with honey and raisins, crumpets with poached eggs and bacon, all usually followed by a banana , fruit juice, a very large mug of tea followed by a standard size mug of tea.
