Prune Juice...
Lately, I have been craving prune juice. No, I am not having any issues; I just crave it sometimes. I looked up the nutritional info today, and I was really kinda surprised. Prune juice is actually good for things other than what it is usually used for..I think I have been craving it for the B vitamins in it. It is high in sugar, but I water mine down, and only have it once in a great while, so I'm not too worried about that.🙂
EDIT- Ha ha ha....After seeing that prune juice is very high in vitamin B6, I looked up what B6 does for the body, and according to

"Vitamin B6 helps lower homocysteine levels by acting as a cofactor for enzymes that convert homocysteine into cysteine, another amino acid. Adequate intake of B6, along with B12 and folate, is important for maintaining healthy homocysteine levels and reducing the risk of related health issues."
