I didn’t see Boron on that list and it is really important for arthritis and also proper GI function (to avoid constipation). I have seen someone talk about how it regulates things in the body and helps lower the rate of cancer in those who have proper levels of it. I took Boron and Moringa when I was having arthritis and joint pains bad enough I didn’t want to get up and move around much and it alleviated it within a week or two.

@cherokeepatti Wow! Thank you for sharing this info with me. I will add it to my home remedies book I keep. I appreciate your help. Honest, I do.🙂

I can’t stand the thought of even the looks of it. It was poison as a kid.

@LunarOrbit Ha ha ha.. I think lots of people feel this way about prune juice.🙂

@HappyHobbiest I heard it's a staple at the old folks home <cringe>

I'm kinda that way with grape juice at times
HappyHobbiest · 56-60, F
[@Virgo79] I'll bet if you look into it, there might be something in grape juice your body is wanting when you crave it.🙂

@HappyHobbiest thats possible, also get that way with tea, not much of anything but sugar in that, that's probably my attraction 😂
