I’ll be having spinach Stromboli’s with extra sharp provolone and a bit of hot habanero cheese. The others are pepperoni, but I don’t meat. Made them last night.
One of my kind of soups.. Carrots, zucchini, garlic, ginger, chilli flakes, olive oil, pasta made with egg. In the broth I added carob powder and soya sauce..:)

Sorry, already consumed mine so no pic available. But, i had two eggs, bacon & blueberries/ strawberries with cottage cheese. Kinda boring, but gets me thru.
